Generally the biggest amount of this wet process phosphoric acid is used in fertilizer production processes. But also it is used as feed, technical and food grade by some filtrations and purifications.

After some chemical and phsical operations the phosphoric acid, which is produced from wet-process as fertilizer grade, is being reformed to feed, food and technical grade phosporic acid since 1990 in the countries such as United States, Canada, Belgium, Israel, Germany and China.

Feed grade phosphoric acid is obtained as a by product in the production process of food and technical grade phosphoric acid. There is some steps like pre filtrations, carbon filtrations, chemical treatments and concentration processes while producing feed grade phosphoric acid.
